Interactive hotspots allows you to add a link but will not work with YouTube.

The interactivity effect will allow you to add a quiz to a video but must be hosted by Screencast or with the Screencast player. Videos with hotspots, like Quizzes and Surveys, must be viewed with a Smart Player.

Click the Test button to test the interactive hotspot.
